okustera_floating_ip (Resource)

The okustera_floating_ip resource allocates a public IPv4 address from the Neutron external network pool for 1:1 NAT mapping to compute instances, ports, or load balancers.

Example Usage​

Allocate Floating IP and Bind to Compute Instance​

Schema​

Optional​

  • floating_network_id (String) UUID of the external provider network. Defaults to the tenant's primary external gateway.
  • description (String) Human-readable label.

Read-Only Attributes​

  • id (String) Floating IP UUID.
  • floating_ip_address (String) The allocated IPv4 address.
  • status (String) Status of the floating IP (e.g. ACTIVE, DOWN).
  • fixed_ip_address (String) Internal private IP currently mapped to this floating IP.
  • port_id (String) Neutron port UUID bound to this floating IP.

Import​

Existing floating IPs can be imported using their UUID:

terraform import okustera_floating_ip.web_ip <floating_ip_uuid>
