okustera_database_valkey (Resource)

The okustera_database_valkey resource provisions an in-memory caching and key-value cluster powered by Valkey 7.2 (valkey/valkey:7.2.7) and managed by the Spotahome Operator. Valkey provides community-driven, truly open-source in-memory storage with complete RESP wire-protocol compatibility. It supports automated 3-node Sentinel quorum election, sub-10-second master failover, dynamic Ceph RBD persistence, and OpenStack Barbican credential vaulting.
